My occupation resides in the alternative energy sector. There is and I have seen technology that can produce fuel from secured feedstocks that will dramatically reduce our foreign dependence for oil. These technologies could have been implemented YESTERDAY; however bureaucracy is, lets say, not favorable to the idea of actually solving the fuel problem.

I have read other discussions, and there are numerous ways to alleviate the problem of oil in its entirety, however, there are solutions available today that will solve peak oil problems ...
