The main goal I have is to foster communications, yet also try to create local groups (State, City, Neighborhood) so neighbors can find one another at a hyper-local level. Once they meet here, they should work together in the real world.

I am going to create the sub level groups starting this week, and I could use help pointing people to the right places if they land here and need some direction.
